Comments Left Randomly:

"Organic food please"

"Add more sugar-free items for diabetics and low carb diets"

"I like spice. Some vegetarian offerings are very bland and give vegetarians a bad rep."

"More diverse food options please. Food too expensive. We are college students."

"I would like more raw foods. Good hummus. More vegetarian dishes."

"I would like a better fruit bar. No canned fruit. Fresh fruit!"

"No more Styrofoam! Bad, bad, bad!"

"All they have is fried foods on the main menu other than salad and sandwiches."

"Make decent stuff with tofu!"

"I would like some falafel and tabouli please."

"There is a diverse population of students on this campus. This diversity includes nutrition options. Please provide more than salads, sandwiches, and cereal. As a vegetarian, I would become nutritionally deficient if I were to buy a meal plan."

"More options definitely need to be available. What about fresh foods also? There is rarely fresh fruit at either food service building on campus."

"More low-fat options at Eagle Café (not just salad bar)."

"I would eat on campus more if we had more vegetarian options."

"The salad is too expensive."

"Let people know that the raw tofu can be prepared in different ways. Raw tofu isn’t very appetizing."

"Dietary (services) should definitely consider a low-sodium ranch dressing as well as meals. I am a renal patient and I often look for low-sodium labels."

"Many ‘veggie’ items have animal products- eggs in fried rice for instance."

"I have not bought a meal plan on campus because I’m a vegan and have not found enough options to meet my dietary needs. If some vegan options are added to the menu, I definitely plan on purchasing a good meal plan here!"
